Studying Spanish in Barcelona

Learning Spanish in Barcelona can be a very interesting experience. Courses of this type are usually held twice a week, three hours a day, giving students ample free time to work or enjoy the city. Times are usually from 18:30 to 21:30 on days to be agreed upon.

University Preparation Courses

One of the most popular Spanish courses in Barcelona for young people is the university preparation course. It is suitable for those who intend to move to Barcelona for study, especially those who come from a country whose language is distant from Spanish. The course builds language skills in order to better attend courses at the city’s universities.

Often a university preparation course is not only about learning, but students are also followed through with the legal paperwork from start to finish, from obtaining a visa to the NIE, the equivalent of our tax code, required to live in Spain.

Conversation Course

To learn everyday Spanish, there is nothing better than a conversation course in Barcelona. Classes are varied and fun, covering topics such as pronunciation, dialogue, presentation and sometimes students are divided into groups to practise a variety of situations that may occur in everyday life, to expand and develop vocabulary and to understand the use of typical Spanish expressions in everyday conversations.
